Owner and CEO, Rhonda Iwinski, has been in the Janitorial Business for 20+ Years after receiving her master's degree from Marquette University Class of 1993. In 2016 Rhonda opened Sunshine Cleaning Company as an LLC and has been the root of the company's success. Rhonda cares deeply for her staff and is excited to see the growth of the organization continue.

Michelle Meka has been working alongside the CEO since 2016 and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2008. Michelle knows the ins and outs of the Janitorial Business and works directly with the office staff ensuring that all job sites are properly staffed as well as handles all client relations.

Brianna has been involved with Sunshine Cleaning Company since 2016.
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2022, Brianna has handled all accounts payable and receivables.
